Application Process
The aim of the UKSCF is to support biomedical research that offers the potential for basic science results to be translated into a direct clinical benefit to patients. The UKSCF will consider applications for funding from universities, hospitals or recognised academic institutes in the UK.
All funding applications undergo a full peer review process and applicants are encouraged to submit an outline application in the first instance. If successful, applicants will then be invited to submit a full funding application for consideration by the advisory board.
